This awards is presented to a festival or other special celebration, which stands out among all the festivals in Arkansas. “It is a true honor to receive this award from the Arkansas Festival Association. A special thank you should be made to El Dorado Chemical (Title Sponsor), the EL Dorado A&P Commission and all of our wonderful sponsors. There support enabled us to provide a tremendous musical lineup and to market the event like never before. MUSICFEST 2008 ARTIST “RECKLESS KELLY”, new album climbing the charts!
|

Adrian “607” Tillman’s approach is entirely grassroots marketing with a sole focus on music. 607 has recorded 30 CDs on his own indie label, toured Russia twice and this year won a major local music showcase. He recently appeared on a CNN special about black America and in October, he takes his talents to Australia’s burgeoning hip-hop scene. His peers consider 607 Little Rock’s most prolific and respected rapper. 607 is cultivating a more cutting-edge approach. He recently set up shop in a city park and allowed fans to bring their laptops, iPods or thumb drives to download songs for $1 each.
There is no doubt, Reckless Kelly has fans around the world. All of you guys and gals that picked up our new record, THANK YOU! Reckless Kelly has now debuted at #2 on Billboard's Heatseekers Chart, #22 on the Country Chart, #117 on the Top 200, and featured on the front cover of the Austin Chronicle!
